A sauna is suitable for people of all ages. However, if you have a medical condition we’d suggest consulting your doctor for advice beforehand. Generally, anyone who is able to engage in normal physical activity can enjoy the many health benefits of a Spa Haus sauna experience. Spa Haus believe that everyone should take the time to care for their body, relax, de-stress and experience wellness.

Spa Haus saunas are made with specially selected materials and the latest tenon-mortise technology means that all edges of the sauna easily click into place. This makes for a very simple installation without the need for screws or pins to assemble the sauna. We build your sauna in our factory and every sauna is tested to ensure it meets our strict quality control standards. We then disassemble the sauna, place it into a flat packed box, and ship it directly to you.
The various designs we have developed allow our saunas to be added to any environment and complement any interior design. Our traditional saunas need to be placed in an area that has some ventilation so the generated steam can escape after your sauna session.
Spa Haus saunas are very easy to clean. We recommend first removing any dust and other residues, then wiping the benches and walls with a lightly moistened cloth with a neutral detergent suitable for wood, and then finishing with a dry cloth.
We provide a full warranty on the entire sauna - heaters, timber, controls and electrical.
In the rare instance of an identified defect, Spa Haus customers are fully covered.
The way our saunas are designed makes it very easy to replace parts and our saunas are constructed with the highest quality materials available.
When you buy a Spa Haus sauna, you are buying with 100% confidence and peace of mind.
We begin the manufacturing process of creating your sauna.
Your sauna is then transported by our freight carrier.
Your Spa Haus professional will give you the estimated time of arrival.
Your sauna is delivered to your doorstep, where your sauna will also be put together for you.
You’ll then be able to enjoy your very own peaceful, self-created sanctuary.
The Spa Haus range includes models that are a set size, as well as fully customised, made-to-measure models designed to fit into any environment.
This comes down to your individual preference.
Traditional sauna bathing comes from a long tradition that values the therapeutic benefits of heat bathing.
A traditional sauna is when you pour water over heated stones and producing steam. This creates a wet and humid experience and caters to individuals looking for more of a 'steam'.
Infrared saunas do not use steam and the infrared heaters are relied on to generate the heat, creating a dry experience where infrared rays penetrate deep inside the body, providing a range of health benefits.

Experience wellness of the heart. Using a sauna 2 to 3 times a week reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases by more than 20% when compared to people who use a sauna once a week. With more frequent sauna use, you can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, up to as high as 65%.
During a sauna, the heart rate increases substantially while lowering blood pressure, increasing oxygenation and increasing metabolic rate. These effects are incredibly similar to that of cardio exercise.
Many sauna users say that you sleep more deeply after using the sauna. In a study on the connection between sauna use and sleep, there was a significant decrease in the amount of time spent awake after sauna use. As a result of the process of the body warming up, and then cooling down, this affects our hormone activity for the better so that we enjoy a better nights rest.
Heat bathing is one of the oldest beauty practices for the skin. When the body produces sweat by deep sweating, the skin is cleansed and dead skin cells are replaced. The heat produced in the sauna dilates the pores, stimulating collagen and elastin, leaving you with clearer, fresher and more youthful looking skin.
The sauna is a perfect place to relax strained muscles after all types of exercise. It is interesting that going to the sauna BEFORE exercise has proven to be a very effective method. Studies have shown that sauna use before strenuous exercise prevents muscle soreness and increases mobility.
The most effective way of removing toxins from the body is through sweat. Sweat contains toxins and chemicals that we pick up in our daily lives and these impurities are flushed from the body. The Far Infrared Sauna is the safest, most effective and economic way of detoxifying our bodies and getting rid of stored toxins. This makes owning a sauna a household necessity
Sauna therapy is a great way for weight loss, with minimal effort. During a sauna bath, the heart rate increases substantially while lowering blood pressure and increasing oxygenation and metabolic rate. These physiological effects are incredibly similar to cardio exercise, helping you burn calories.
We all seem to live in a stressful world and have increasingly stress filled lives. The time that we are able to devote to ourselves for purification and reflection is precious. Saunas induce a feeling of wellbeing due to the endorphins which are released.
The endorphins that the heat of a sauna helps release are the body’s natural painkillers. The increased blood flow helps to speed up the body’s natural healing processes.
Sauna use stimulates the circulatory system and oxygenates the body’s cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin’s surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle recovery and strengthen the immune system.
